My biggest thoughts today

The past week I have been sick, I hate hate hate getting sick and about a year ago I would get sick twice a month. Doctors all said it was from moving to a new state, pollen, new environment ect. I understand that to a certain point and just wanted to feel better so every time I got sick I took the antibiotics and was on my way, until I got sick again. I’ve had bloodwork done and everything is fine so it’s nothing like that but with taking all those antibiotics whenever I get sick (I don’t get sick anywhere near as often as I used to) the antibiotics no longer work and then that means I need stronger ones which comes w side effects ofc but I have been learning about herbal meds. I think it works honestly because I tried it once and I got better but like idek where to start and the deeper I dive into it the more stuff I learn about food, meds ect and now I can’t unlearn it😭😭 I would love to be able to splurge and just absolutely change everything to make myself healthier I just do not know where to start.
