Cadbury egg protein balls 🍫

It’s been a while since posting but I have been on a healthier journey for a few months so I decided to share some of the meals/snacks I’ve been eating.

This has been my favorite sweet snack and an easy way to get in a little more protein.

I have shared the pb energy balls before but these are a little different and a good little holiday treat.

You will need:

2 cups of oats

3 scoops of vanilla protein powder

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 cup honey (use less if you don’t want them as sweet)

1 cup peanut butter

1/4 cup milk

Cadbury eggs (I used 3 of the small bags. Use your preference on this)

Add it all to the bowl and mix together. Makes 18-24 balls depending on how big you want them. Let sit in the refrigerator and grab one when you need a sweet treat!

(This is not my recipe for these, I just wanted to share)

... Read moreCadbury egg protein balls are not just a tasty treat but are also a great source of protein, making them ideal for health-conscious snackers. With simple ingredients like oats, protein powder, and creamy peanut butter, you can whip up a nutritious sweet snack that satisfies your chocolate cravings. They’re perfect for post-workout recovery or as an afternoon pick-me-up. To customize your Cadbury egg protein balls, consider adding other mix-ins like chia seeds or shredded coconut for added texture and flavor. Whether you use Cadbury mini eggs or regular chocolate eggs, the result is a mouthwatering combination of chocolatey goodness and wholesome ingredients. Additionally, these protein balls are versatile; you can adjust the sweetness by varying the amount of honey you include. For those on a low-sugar diet, substitute honey with a sugar-free sweetener. You can also experiment with different flavors of protein powder, such as chocolate or cookie dough, to give an exciting twist to your treats. Store your protein balls in the fridge to keep them fresh and grab them whenever you need a snack or a dessert option. With their appealing taste and health benefits, these Cadbury egg protein balls are sure to become a staple in your healthy lifestyle.
