Before the New Year, we have a trip to Chiang Mai.
That day was the day that went down from Doi Thong and went to Chiang Dao.
It's an unplanned trip. Wherever you go, follow the elder you take.

Before entering the cave, the guide was asked if the authorities were difficult to walk.
The guide says there is a mud. The entrance is open. Yes, it is about 15 minutes. It is not difficult to walk.

But listening from the guide, he said it's not hard to walk. Not scary.
When we entered, there was a guide, a photographer, three of us.
Our clothes are not ready at all because I do not think that I will enter the cave because I just got off the doi Nong.
Going in is hard to walk. There's a light from the guide lamp.
Guides, photographers, are normal.

It's just a little bruising on the knee.
The elder who went with said that it looks like our head hit the rock very hard, very shocked, but in truth, the head didn't hit anything. We put our secondary arms.
But it's very hot with a dress, shoes and a lot of hard walking time.
The air inside is small.
When I came out, there was a group of aunt who came after me and came across me. Did you fall? I heard a very loud fall.
We really thought that if our heads were down, we wouldn't be sharing this experience.

การเดินถ้ำเชียงดาวเป็นประสบการณ์ที่น่าตื่นเต้นและท้าทายมากอย่างหนึ่งที่ผมเองได้มีโอกาสร่วมสัมผัสมาแล้ว จากประสบการณ์จริงที่มีทั้งความสนุกสนานและเหตุการณ์ไม่คาดคิดอย่างการลื่นล้มจนเกือบเกิดอุบัติเหตุใหญ่ ผมขอแชร์เคล็ดลับและสิ่งที่ควรรู้ก่อนการเข้าถ้ำเชียงดาวเพื่อช่วยให้คนอื่นเดินทางเข้าไปอย่างปลอดภัยมากขึ้น แรกสุดเลยคือเรื่องของการเตรียมตัวด้านร่างกายและอุปกรณ์การเดินทาง เพราะถ้ำเชียงดาวมีพื้นที่ที่ค่อนข้างแคบและบางจุดลื่นมาก การใส่รองเท้าที่มีพื้นกันลื่นและชุดที่เหมาะสมช่วยป้องกันการล้มได้ดี ส่วนไฟส่องสว่าง เช่น ไฟฉายหรือไฟจากตะเกียงที่เจ้าหน้าที่เตรียมไว้นั้นเป็นสิ่งจำเป็นมาก เพราะแสงตามธรรมชาติภายในถ้ำมีจำกัดอย่างมาก ประสบการณ์จริงจากการเดินเข้าไปในถ้ำพบว่าหลายจุดต้องมีการปีนป่ายที่ใช้แรงมาก ทั้งยังต้องระมัดระวังทุกก้าวเดิน หากใจไม่พร้อมหรือมีความกลัวที่รุนแรง เช่น กลัวที่แคบหรือมืด ควรสอบถามและประเมินสภาพจิตใจของตัวเองก่อนเข้าถ้ำ เพราะการตื่นตระหนกหรือความไม่พร้อมอาจทำให้เกิดอุบัติเหตุได้ง่าย อีกเรื่องที่สำคัญมากคือการเดินตามคำแนะนำของไกด์และพยายามไม่แยกตัวออกไปเอง เพราะถ้ำแต่ละจุดมีความซับซ้อนและอาจมีทางที่ลื่นหรือไม่มั่นคง หากเกิดเหตุฉุกเฉิน การมีเพื่อนร่วมเดินหรือไกด์อยู่ใกล้ ๆ จะช่วยรับมือและให้ความช่วยเหลือทันที ในวันที่ผมร่วมเดินถ้ำเชียงดาวนั้น มีจังหวะเดินเหยียบระหว่างเนินสองอันทำให้เสียหลักล้มลง แม้โชคดีที่ไม่ได้รับบาดเจ็บสาหัส แต่ก็ทำให้เห็นว่าการไม่พร้อมทั้งทางจิตใจและอุปกรณ์สามารถนำไปสู่ความเสี่ยงได้ ส่วนอากาศในถ้ำมีความร้อนและอากาศถ่ายเทไม่ดี จึงควรเตรียมน้ำดื่มและอย่าเดินอัดกันมากเกินไป สุดท้ายนี้สำหรับคนที่สนใจไปเยือนถ้ำเชียงดาว ขอแนะนำให้เตรียมตัวและตรวจสอบข้อมูลจากเจ้าหน้าที่หรือไกด์ รวมถึงเตรียมร่างกายและจิตใจให้พร้อมจริง ๆ เพื่อให้การเดินทางครั้งนี้เป็นประสบการณ์ที่ดีและปลอดภัย สำหรับคนที่ชอบการผจญภัยในธรรมชาติ ถ้ำเชียงดาวคือตัวเลือกที่น่าลอง แต่ถ้าคุณไม่พร้อม ควรเลือกทริปที่เหมาะสมกับตัวเองเพื่อป้องกันเหตุไม่คาดฝันที่จะเกิดขึ้น
