Check if we have an ego.
I think people with Ego tend to be highly confident, but sometimes that confidence is a barrier that prevents them from accepting other people's opinions. I've seen many people who seem to be strong, confident, seem to control the situation, but deep down, they are afraid of being defeated or afraid of being blamed, so they always try to hold on to what they think is "the cheapest."
People with high Ego tend not to apologize first, do not want anyone to see the weak side, and often want recognition, sometimes unconsciously say or do things that hurt others just because they want to maintain their dignity. But in reality, Ego does not make anyone greater, it only makes us see ourselves from a narrower angle.
I believe that those who dare to admit their mistakes, listen to others and reduce their Ego are truly strong, because in the end, "winning your heart" is the greatest victory.
