I rarely buy matcha because it often disappoints, but Keki in Sachse, TX really surprised me! 🍵 They have a dedicated matcha menu with flavors like earl grey, strawberry, biscoff, and more. I highly recommend asking for it less sweet, regular was a bit too sweet for me.
Their matcha had minimal astringency, a vibrant green color, and a balanced ratio so you can actually taste the quality of the matcha.
I also tried their creamy basque cheesecake and Japanese cheesecake, which was fluffy and light. I’ll probably go for the original basque flavor next time instead of matcha, as it could’ve been stronger, but overall it’s definitely worth checking out if you’re a fan of matcha.
