メンチカツって「衣が主役で中がパサつくのもあるよね…」と思ってたんですが、ここの牛メンチカツは断面を見た瞬間に期待値が上がりました。カットすると肉厚で、粗挽きっぽい肉感がしっかり。ひと口目で肉汁がじゅわっと広がって、噛むほどに旨みが出てくるタイプです。ジューシーさが強いのに重たすぎないから、ご飯が進むのも納得でした。 「メンチカツ 断面」「メンチカツ 断面 肉汁」みたいに、断面の肉感を見てお店を探す人にはかなり刺さると思います。食べるときのコツとしては、ソースを最初からたっぷりかけるより、まずは何も付けずに一口→次に少しずつ味変がおすすめ。肉の甘みが分かりやすくて、衣のサクッと感も最後まで保ちやすかったです。 あと個人的に推したいのが「茶碗蒸し 定食」目当ての人にも嬉しいところ。ここは白玉茶碗蒸しが付いてくるので、定食の最初に食べると胃が温まって、後半の満足感が上がりました。出汁がしっかり効いていて、やさしい味なのに印象に残る感じ。メンチの“ガツン”と茶碗蒸しの“ほっとする”が交互に来て、食べ疲れしにくいのが良かったです。 おばんざい4種も箸休めとして優秀で、特にふきのとうみたいな季節感ある一品があると「定食ってこういうのが嬉しい…」ってなりました。味噌汁も白味噌でまろやか系なので、揚げ物の後味を整えてくれます。 最後の1ドリンクは食後の余韻まで含めて定食、って人にありがたいポイント。私は抹茶ラテにしたんですが、甘さで締めると満腹でも気持ちよく終われました。次はメンチの断面をもう少しじっくり眺めてから（写真も撮りつつ）食べたい…と思うくらい、満足度の高い定食でした。
