Different seasons of life demand change. For me, it has been motherhood. Somewhere along the way of us navigating the complexities of our lives, we have all sacrificed and even lost something.
Comment RECLAIM and I'll send you the link to early bird pricing on my six week challenge.
This is personal to you. What you want to reclaim, whether that's time, balance, health, confidence, identity, strength, or even friendships, we've all given up something. We've lost pieces of ourselves while forging the parts needed of us too.
But she's still in there. And it's time to reclaim her.
This isn't about changing your body. It's about changing how you feel in your body, how your body moves, how your body functions.
Over the next six weeks, we're coming together as women to reclaim the pieces of ourselves we've sacrificed. To show up for each other. To remember who we are underneath it all.
Six weeks won't fix everything, but it will light a fire in you and lay a foundation you can actually build on. Not another program you abandon by February.
And we're going to dig her back out, together.
Whether you're a mom, years out from having kids, or just someone who's felt lost in the chaos of life, this is for you.
You're not doing this alone. I'm in this with you.
Solin is also giving away $100K in prizes

I truly am so excited for this program. Im doing it too! I'm taking my functional core education and implementing it into everything. You're getting strength, athleticism, mobility, and deep core. This isn't about aesthetics, it's about moving your body well and feeling better in your own body in badass ways.

Have you ever felt like you've lost a piece of yourself along the way? I know I have. Especially after becoming a mom, it feels like a universal experience. It’s not just about losing sleep; it can feel like your entire identity shifts. From the relentless days of *pregnancy pain*, sleepless nights with *colic babies*, and feelings of depression or sheer *exhaustion*, it’s easy to feel like the woman you once were is buried deep underneath. But here’s the beautiful truth I’ve learned: *she's not gone, she's under there waiting*. This isn't a comeback story; it's a reclaiming story. Many of us are told it's selfish to prioritize ourselves, especially when families need so much. Yet, I've come to believe that it's the biggest injustice we can do to our families if we don't. When we are depleted, we have less to give. Reclaiming isn't about becoming the person you were before kids; it’s about acknowledging that *motherhood didn't take my strength, it forced me to find a new level*. It's about recognizing the incredible resilience you've built and harnessing it to rediscover your spark. So, how do we start reclaiming the lost parts of ourselves? It often begins with small, intentional steps. For me, it was realizing that my *balance is messy, my weeks never match*, but that doesn't mean I can't be stronger, more resilient than ever before. First, identify what you've lost or what you crave to reclaim. Is it your time? Your physical strength? Your mental clarity? Your creative fire? Or even just the feeling of being a "good mother" in a way that feels authentic to *you*? For many, it's about *reclaiming what it means to have time, my body, my mind, my athleticism, my fire*. Start with your body. This doesn't mean aiming for a certain aesthetic. It's about how your body feels and *functions*. Can you move without pain? Do you feel energized? Even 10-15 minutes of intentional movement – a walk, some gentle stretching, or a quick bodyweight routine – can make a huge difference. For your mind, carve out moments for quiet reflection, journaling, or simply enjoying a cup of tea without distraction. It helps to clear the mental clutter from constant demands. Reclaiming your time might feel impossible, but it can be about setting boundaries or delegating. It’s not about finding huge chunks of free time, but about recognizing where you can realistically steal back a few minutes for yourself. And for our identity, remember that being a mother is a huge part of who you are, but it's not the only part. What hobbies did you love? What made you feel alive? Even if you can't dive into them fully, sprinkle small aspects back into your life. This journey is deeply personal, and you don’t have to do it alone. Connecting with other women who understand these struggles can be incredibly empowering. We're all in various stages of this beautiful, messy life, trying to dig ourselves back out. It’s amazing what we can achieve when we support each other. Remember, the goal isn't perfection, but progress toward feeling more like 'you' again. What are you ready to reclaim?
