i spent YEARS thinking i couldn’t get a pull up. i wish someone had given me these few tips to finally nail one. 🌟1. start with lat pulldowns & assisted pull ups. i started with just these and get my back stronger obviously gets you to a pull up. 🌟2. deadhangs and negatives: get used to h
