Here’s my workout plan; it’s a plan but not ordered. I try to fit in as many workouts as I can through the day. Sometimes it happens sometimes it doesn’t but I keep it flexible so I can also get to it. My summer body is in need of a boost so I’m boosting all round this year. Booty, waist and chest toned tight and ready for the bikini. I might actually get to wear one this year, Woohoo!!!❤️💋 just remember it’s about trying and committing not pressure or permanence.
