You’ll need:
• Bread
• Egg
• Butter
• Salt + pepper
• Optional: chives
How to make it:
Cut a hole in the center of the bread and save the cutout
Melt butter in a pan over medium-low heat
Toast the bread and cutout until golden
Flip, crack the egg into the center, and season
Cover and cook until the egg is just how you like it
Serve with the toasted circle for dipping 🤍
