Today I go to the kitchen to make "Quilted Tofu Vermicelli," 🍲✨ a simple menu that uses a few raw materials. There are only vegetables that like vermicelli and two tubes of egg tofu. Anyone who wants to add pork chops or pork bounces can wear it.
How to do it is very simple. 💕
Boil the water to boil, add a good taste or a loaf of soup, season as you like, then add the vegetables, wait until the vegetables are cooked, then the vermicelli and egg tofu are ready to serve.

ช่วงหน้าฝนแบบนี้ ผมมักจะเลือกเมนูที่ง่ายและทำให้รู้สึกอบอุ่นในวันอากาศเย็นอย่างต้มจืดเต้าหู้วุ้นเส้น ซึ่งจริง ๆ แล้วเมนูนี้เป็นเมนูที่เหมาะที่สุดกับวันที่ฝนพรำ อากาศเย็น เพราะน้ำซุปร้อน ๆ ช่วยคลายความหนาวได้ดีมาก ผมชอบใช้วุ้นเส้นเพราะมันดูดซึมน้ำซุปเข้าไปเต็มที่ กลายเป็นเมนูที่ไม่อ้วนและรู้สึกเบา ๆ อีกทั้งเต้าหู้ไข่ก็ให้โปรตีนและเนื้อสัมผัสที่นุ่มนวล ทำให้ต้มจืดหม้อนี้มีความสมดุลในเรื่องรสชาติและโภชนาการ เคล็ดลับที่ผมใช้คือ ต้มผักสดที่ชอบให้สุกพอดี ไม่ให้นิ่มหรือเละเกินไป เช่น ผักกาดขาว แครอท หรือผักโขม เพราะจะทำให้ได้รสชาติหวานและสดชื่นตามธรรมชาติ และเพิ่มซุปก้อนที่มีรสชาติดีหรือรสดีเพื่อเพิ่มความกลมกล่อม ถ้าอยากเพิ่มโปรตีนก็เติมหมูสับหรือหมูเด้งลงไปด้วยได้เลย เมนูนี้เหมาะมากสำหรับคนที่ไม่มีเวลาทำอาหารเยอะ ๆ หรืออยากกินของง่าย ๆ ที่บ้านในวันฝนตก นอกจากนี้ยังเหมาะกับคนที่รักสุขภาพแต่ต้องการอาหารร้อน ๆ ที่ให้ความอบอุ่นใจได้ด้วยตัวเอง อยากจะบอกว่าเมนูนี้ทำให้รู้สึกว่าการกินอาหารไม่จำเป็นต้องซับซ้อน แค่ใช้วัตถุดิบที่มีในบ้านก็สามารถสร้างมื้ออาหารที่อร่อยและเติมเต็มความสุขได้อย่างแท้จริง
