Me he propuesto que este mes mi prioridad sea moverme mucho más y cuidar mi bienestar desde adentro. 🏃‍♀️ No hay nada como un poco de cardio bajo el sol para resetear la energía y sentirme al cien. He descubierto que intercalar series de sentadillas y zancadas no solo mejora el tono muscular, sino que también es fundamental para apoyar la salud de nuestras articulaciones a largo plazo. ¡Es el complemento perfecto para seguir sintiéndome fuerte y con toda la actitud mientras avanzo en mi reto! 💪

Llegando a la tercera semana, toca subir las pulsaciones con intervalos de carrera en la pista para trabajar la resistencia cardiovascular a fondo. Mi truco es alternar un minuto de sprint con dos de trote suave, lo cual es increíble para activar el metabolismo y mejorar la capacidad pulmonar de forma gradual. ¡Sentir el aire fresco mientras ves cómo tu cuerpo responde al esfuerzo es la mejor motivación para seguir adelante! 👟

Para cerrar el mes con broche de oro, dedico esta última semana a la movilidad profunda y sesiones de yoga restaurativo. Es el paso fundamental para que las fibras musculares se recuperen y para ganar esa flexibilidad que nos hace sentir mucho más ágiles en el día a día. ¿Ustedes ya terminaron su rutina de hoy o les falta ese último empujoncito para cerrar el mes con todo? ✨
