Ego vs Higher vibration
The ego can be cruel at times. Keep your eye on the prize. #fyp #ego #selfawareness #spiritualjourney
Hey everyone, I recently came across a message that really resonated with me: 'THINGS DONT ALWAYS NEED YOUR REACTION, SOMETIMES JUST NEED YOUR RESPONSE.' It perfectly captures the ongoing battle I feel between my ego and my higher self. It's so easy to let the ego take over, especially when challenged, and I've found myself thinking, 'MAYBE WE SHOULDN'T SPEAK SO FAST' when I look back at some interactions. So, what exactly is this 'higher self' contrasted with the ego, and how do we cultivate a 'high vibrational frequency spiritual' state? For me, the ego is that part of us driven by fear, insecurity, and the need for external validation. It's the voice that pushes us to react defensively, to judge others, or to hold onto old hurts. It's often loud and quick, making us feel like 'EGO WANTS US' to jump to conclusions or speak without thinking. On the other hand, my higher self feels like my true essence – pure love, wisdom, intuition, and compassion. It’s calm, steady, and guides me towards peace and understanding. Understanding 'vibrations meaning' has been a game-changer. Everything in the universe, including us, is made of energy vibrating at different frequencies. When we talk about a 'high energy person spiritual meaning,' it's someone whose thoughts, emotions, and actions align with love, joy, gratitude, and peace. They literally vibrate at a higher frequency. Conversely, fear, anger, resentment, and anxiety lower our vibration, making us feel heavy and stuck. I remember seeing that message yesterday, 'THAT MESSAGE YESTERDAY AND TODAY REALLY TESTED ME ON THAT,' and it made me realize how much my daily experiences impact my energetic state. Raising your vibration isn't about ignoring challenges; it's about how you approach them. For me, it starts with conscious awareness. When I feel that urge to react from a place of ego, I try to pause and ask myself: Is this coming from love or fear? Practicing mindfulness and meditation helps me create that space between stimulus and response. Regular gratitude journaling, spending time in nature, and consuming positive content also make a huge difference. These practices help me shift from a low-vibration ego state to a higher, more aligned perspective, allowing my 'higher self' to guide my 'RESPONSE' instead of my 'REACTION.' Another interesting query is 'whole body vibration while sleeping spiritual.' While we sleep, our subconscious mind is still active, processing the day's events and helping us integrate experiences. If we go to sleep with a high vibration – perhaps after a meditation or a gratitude practice – our sleep can be more restorative and healing, allowing our energy field to continue vibrating at a higher frequency. It's like our body and spirit are recalibrating themselves. Conversely, if we go to bed stressed and worried, our sleep might be restless, and we might wake up feeling drained. It's a testament to how our spiritual practices impact every aspect of our being, even when we're not consciously aware. This journey of taming the ego and embracing the higher self is a continuous one, full of ups and downs. But the more I practice, the more I feel a profound sense of inner peace and connection. It’s about choosing to align with love over fear, and consciously raising my energetic vibration every single day.
