On the second night, Adrian invited Ethan over. Mia froze when she saw her lover standing in the doorway. Adrian, calm and composed, feigned ignorance. “I thought we could all enjoy dinner together,” he said, his tone chillingly neutral.

The evening was tense, with unspoken accusations hanging in the air. Adrian's seemingly naive demeanor put both Mia and Ethan on edge. After dinner, he excused himself, leaving the two alone. It was then that Adrian’s trap sprung.

Chapter 4:

The Plot Twist

Ethan received a message on his phone, supposedly from Mia: “Meet me in the guesthouse. Adrian is asleep.” Eager to steal a moment, Ethan slipped away. Moments later, Mia received an identical text from “Ethan.”

When they met in the guesthouse, they found not passion but terror. The room was filled with photographs, recordings, and files documenting their affair. On the wall was a note: “You betrayed me. Now, you’ll betray each other.”

Suddenly, the door locked behind them, and a voice played through hidden speakers—Adrian’s voice. He revealed Ethan’s true identity to Mia and taunted them both, leaving them to stew in the knowledge of their selfishness and deceit.

Adrian hadn’t just exposed their betrayal he’d also drained Ethan’s accounts, anonymously tipped off law enforcement about his past scams, and filed for divorce with evidence so damning Mia wouldn’t see a cent.

Epilogue:

Revenge Served Cold

Adrian walked away from the villa as it burned in the distance—not with fire but with the fiery end of Mia and Ethan’s twisted connection. Mia was left to rebuild her life from the ashes of her choices, while Ethan faced the justice he deserved.

And Adrian? He moved on, stronger and wiser, carrying the scars of betrayal but no longer burdened by those who had wronged him.
