Do you feel like this soapy window?

Some days your healing looks crystal clear… and some days it looks like soap streaks on a window. Let’s learn to honor both. Slow steps still count. Your nervous system doesn’t need perfection — it needs presence.

3/7 Edited to

... Read moreHealing is often portrayed as a straightforward path, but in reality, it’s more like cleaning a foggy window covered in soap streaks — at times blurred and unclear. From personal experience, I’ve learned that trying to force clarity or quick fixes only adds stress to the process. Instead, recognizing and honoring the messy stages makes all the difference. On days when progress feels cloudy or stagnant, it's crucial to be patient and gentle with yourself. Your nervous system is sensitive and benefits more from your presence and calm rather than pushing toward perfection. This means accepting where you are without judgment and embracing every slow, small step as valuable progress. One helpful practice is to check in with your body regularly—notice sensations, emotions, or tension. This helps reconnect you with your present moment and reduces the need to hustle or rush through healing. It’s perfectly normal for healing to look messy and for clarity to take time to emerge. In my journey, I found that sharing these experiences with a supportive community or coach also eased the frustration of unclear progress. When healing feels like a soapy, streaky window, it’s actually a sign that something is shifting beneath the surface, soon ready to become clear. Embrace both the cloudy and clear moments as essential parts of your unique path to wellness.
