How I honor my bleed 🩸
I get it, I understand how it feels to hate this time of the month. Especially dealing with pms symptoms, cramps and bloating. And then to get up and go to work? And do life??
Listen babe, it doesn't have to be like this. You have the possibility to live a reality where you are in tune with your body, where you love this phase in your cycle, where you feel so connected to your womb and divine truth.
I'm here to remind you that healing is possible! Loving your moon and flowing with no pain is possible! I'm a freaking testimony. I'm not going to say every bleed is perfect but with consistency of practicing nourishing habits it's possible to heal!
After a few years of dedication to nurturing the relationship to my womb, honoring my inner seasons and be friending my body, I welcome each cycle it with ease. If you watch my story you know how much I love and honor my bleed as much as I can.
l had a painful experience last November. And it re traumatized me. It made me never want to experience that again. I was afraid I lost all my hard work, that l'd experience that pain again and again.
But... within the next cycle I was back to a pain free bleed!
And has been regular & cramp free. My flow was heavier but that a different topic well walk about later lol.

During your menstrual cycle, understanding the connection between your body and nature is essential. The liver plays a significant role in overall hormonal balance, especially during the spring season. Adopting a routine featuring warm and nourishing foods, like herbal soups, can help alleviate cramps and provide relief. Incorporating practices such as yin yoga can slow down and help you tune into your body's rhythms. Consider menstrual health products like 100% reusable cotton pads, which not only promote better health but are also more environmentally friendly. You can enhance your well-being by adding natural remedies like red raspberry to tone the uterus and dandelion root for iron replenishment. Ginger stands out for its anti-inflammatory properties, ideal for easing menstrual cramps. Moreover, incorporating cacao as a magnesium booster can provide heart-opening benefits. Listening to your body's needs, such as honoring your cravings, contributes to a self-care routine that honors your menstrual phase. Embrace sacred practices like herbal baths with essential oils to create a calming atmosphere during your cycle. This holistic approach ultimately supports a smoother, painless menstrual experience. By nurturing this connection, you can redefine your relationship with your monthly cycle.
