Ingredients:

For the Cake:

• 1 box French vanilla cake mix

• Water, eggs, and oil (as directed on the cake mix box)

For the Filling:

• 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

1/2 cup brown sugar

• 4 tbsp melted butter

2 tsp cinnamon

For the Frosting:

5 1/3 tbsp butter, softened

• 4 oz cream cheese, softened

• 1 cup powdered sugar

• 1 tsp vanilla extract

• 1 tbsp whole milk

For the Topping:
