It’s okay to acknowledge that it hurts when you still care about someone who may not be good for you. That's the natural part of healing. But accepting that you can't control their opinions or actions is key to moving forward. Saying “let them say what they're gonna say” frees you from the need for external validation and allows you to focus on what truly matters: loving yourself. Some practical ways to nurture yourself include engaging in activities that make you feel authentic and joyful—whether it’s journaling, walking in nature, or setting healthy boundaries. By spending time rediscovering what fills your soul, you can rekindle your inner sunshine and resilience. Trust that by prioritizing your well-being, everything else will fall into place. Remember, you deserve the best, and healing is a journey—not a destination. Each step forward, even the small ones, counts. Celebrate your strength and resilience daily, and be gentle with yourself as you come back to YOU.
