I love Elle Cosimano's Finlay Donovan series. It has the perfect mix of humor, mystery, and romance. Though Staged is a short story, it carries equal amounts of wit, a few red herring, and a hint of future romance.
I went in blind and was pleasantly surprised that the mc stages houses. In my wip Hearts In Harmony, one of the mcs bakes cookies before open houses and cleans up after the events for his top notch realtor aunt. Now I wanna add stagging the house to his task list. Don't worry, he won't wind up dead like the gardener in this one.
