August goals & intentions

2025/8/1 Edited to

... Read moreAugust is here, and with it, a fresh wave of energy for a complete clean wellness reset. I truly believe that when we align our intentions with our actions, incredible things happen, especially for our overall well-being. This month, I’m deeply focused on evaluating and enhancing my clean women’s wellness journey, making sure every aspect—from what I put on my skin to what I feed my mind—contributes to a vibrant, healthy me. One of my biggest focuses for August is achieving truly clear skin through clean beauty. It’s not just about looking good, but feeling confident and healthy from the inside out. I've been really mindful about swapping out products with harsh chemicals for those that embrace natural, nourishing ingredients. For instance, I'm loving my BYREDO perfume, knowing it’s a more conscious choice, and the OUAI pump lotion bottles on my vanity are a testament to my commitment to clean hydration. I've found that incorporating ingredients derived from nature, like those reminiscent of lush, textured green leaves, makes a visible difference. My routine now emphasizes gentle cleansers, hydrating serums, and moisturizers free from parabens and sulfates, helping my skin breathe and glow. I also pay attention to my diet, understanding that what I consume directly impacts my complexion. Beyond skin, setting clear goals and intentions is paramount. This isn't just about New Year's resolutions; a new month offers a fantastic opportunity to re-evaluate where I am and where I want to be. I’ve started dedicating time each morning to journaling, often with a refreshing green drink by my side, open to a book that inspires personal growth. This ritual helps me clarify my thoughts, prioritize tasks, and set realistic, achievable goals for the month ahead. My intentions aren't just about productivity; they're about cultivating inner peace, practicing mindfulness, and ensuring my actions align with my values. Whether it’s committing to a daily meditation, spending more time in nature, or learning something new, these small, consistent steps build towards a greater sense of purpose and well-being. True clean women’s wellness, for me, also encompasses a holistic approach to my physical and mental health. This means nourishing my body with wholesome foods, staying hydrated, and engaging in movement that feels good, whether it's a walk in the park or a yoga session. I'm also actively working on reducing stress and fostering mental clarity. Sometimes, this looks like unplugging from screens, enjoying a quiet moment with my thoughts, or connecting with loved ones. It’s about creating a harmonious balance in all areas of my life, allowing myself the space to grow, heal, and thrive. By consciously evaluating my choices and dedicating myself to these clean living principles, I’m not just waiting for good things to happen; I’m actively creating a healthier, happier August for myself. I encourage you to take time this month to reflect on your own wellness journey and consider what "clean" means to you. What small changes can you make to feel more aligned and vibrant?
