New Claypot King at Dusit Central Park
It is my favorite restaurant to come back to repeat. "Claypot King" The famous Chinese restaurant in the area of Youth. We have eaten it before. I am very happy to open a new store in the center of Central Park. I will tell you that the menu of food, raw materials and flavors is still the same as Yerash. The menu of the restaurant will be warm Chinese baked. Home style has a feed like having an ama to eat. Feel meticulous. I intend to use Chinese medicine and herbs that are good for the body. ถ้าใครกำลังหารีวิว Claypot King Central Park แบบอ่านจบแล้วไปตามได้เลย สาขา Dusit Central Park เราว่าเหมาะทั้งมื้อเที่ยงและมื้อเย็นมาก เพราะเป็นอาหารจีนแนวโฮมมี่ๆ กินง่าย ไม่เลี่ยน แถมบรรยากาศร้านโทนแดงเด่น หาไม่ยาก มีที่นั่งรอหน้าร้าน และด้านในจัดโต๊ะค่อนข้างเป็นระเบียบ เหมาะมากถ้ามากันเป็นครอบครัวหรือมากับเพื่อนหลายคน ทริคส่วนตัวก่อนสั่ง: ถ้ามาครั้งแรก แนะนำให้เริ่มจาก “ข้าวอบหม้อดิน” ก่อนเลยค่ะ เพราะเสิร์ฟร้อนๆ หอมหม้อดินมาก และให้ฟีลอาหารทำสดจริงๆ เมนูชุดข้าวปลากะพงคือจานที่เราว่าคุ้มสำหรับคนอยากได้ทั้งข้าว+กับ+ซุปในมื้อเดียว ปลากะพงชิ้นใหญ่ เนื้อแน่น กินกับเครื่องเคียงแล้วบาลานซ์ดี ซุปใสหอมสมุนไพร ซดแล้วคล่องคอ อีกเมนูที่อยากให้ลองถ้ามาที่ Claypot King Central Park คือ “บะหมี่กุ้งราดซอสพริกเผา” (เหมือนเป็นเมนูเด่นของสาขานี้) เส้นบะหมี่เล็กนุ่มหนึบ คลุกซอสพริกเผาหอมๆ ไม่เผาจัดจนกลบกลิ่นกุ้ง กุ้งเด้งตัวโต กินแล้วรู้สึกว่ารสชาติเข้มข้นแต่ยังไม่หนักท้อง ของทานเล่นเราชอบ “เกี๊ยวสี่ฤดู” มาก แป้งบาง ไส้แน่น ราดน้ำมันพริกกับต้นหอมคือหอมขึ้นไปอีก จะสั่งแชร์กันบนโต๊ะก็เหมาะ ส่วน “แปะก๊วยคั่วเกลือ” เป็นจานที่เหมาะสั่งแกล้มๆ ระหว่างรออาหาร ช่วยตัดรสเลี่ยนได้ดี และได้ความกรุบเบาๆ เครื่องดื่มแนะนำคือ “จั่วจิเช่า” (น้ำสมุนไพรเย็น) ดื่มแล้วสดชื่นมาก โดยเฉพาะวันที่เดินห้างเหนื่อยๆ ช่วยล้างปากหลังทานของผัดๆ ได้ดี การเดินทางไป Claypot King สาขา Dusit Central Park: ถ้ามาด้วยรถไฟฟ้า BTS ลงศาลาแดง (ทางออก 5) หรือ MRT ลงสีลม (ทางออก 2) แล้วเดินเข้ามาที่โซนห้างขึ้นไปชั้น 5 ได้เลย เวลาเปิดปิดทุกวัน 10.00-21.00 น. ใครตั้งใจมาลองหลายเมนู แนะนำชวนกันมา 2-4 คน จะได้สั่งข้าวอบหม้อดิน + บะหมี่ + เกี๊ยว แล้วแชร์กันกำลังดีค่ะ
