ถ้าใครเสิร์ชหา AORINGO หรือ Ao Ringo แล้วลังเลว่า “คุ้มไปไหม/ต้องสั่งอะไรดี” อันนี้เป็นทริคจากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัวที่ช่วยให้สั่งง่ายขึ้น และได้ฟีลแกงกะหรี่ญี่ปุ่นแบบต้นตำรับจริงๆ อย่างแรกที่รู้สึกชัดคือแกงกะหรี่ของที่นี่ “เข้มข้นและหอมเครื่องเทศ” แบบไม่ต้องพึ่งท็อปปิ้งเยอะก็อร่อยอยู่แล้ว แต่ถ้าอยากให้ครบสูตร แนะนำให้กินคู่กับเครื่องเคียงที่เสิร์ฟมาอย่างหัวต้นหอมญี่ปุ่นดองและหัวไชเท้าดอง เพราะมันช่วยตัดเลี่ยน เพิ่มความสดชื่น ทำให้กินได้เรื่อยๆ โดยเฉพาะวันที่สั่งหมูทอดหรือไก่ทอด เมนูที่เหมาะกับมือใหม่ (หรือคนอยากเริ่มจากจานคลาสสิก) คือ “คาเรไรซ์หมูสันนอกแป้งทอด/ทงคัตสึ” จุดเด่นคือหมูกรอบนอกนุ่มใน ราดแกงกะหรี่แบบจัดเต็ม กินกับข้าวญี่ปุ่นแล้วลงตัวมาก ถ้าไปช่วงหิวมากๆ แนะนำสั่งแบบเซต เพราะโดยรวมจะอิ่มและคุมงบง่ายกว่า (ได้ข้าว สลัด น้ำ และของหวานตามที่ร้านจัด) สายชอบรสจัดแบบไทยๆ แต่อยากได้กลิ่นอายญี่ปุ่น ลอง “คาเรไรซ์คาราเกะผัดซอสกะเพรากรอบ” จะได้ความหอมกะเพราเคลือบไก่ชิ้นใหญ่ๆ แล้วถ้ามีไข่ดาวเยิ้มๆ คือช่วยบาลานซ์รสได้ดีมาก จานนี้เหมาะกับคนที่อยากได้อะไรแปลกใหม่กว่าคาเรธรรมดา อีกจานที่กินเพลินคือ “Amazu Karaage” ไก่คาราเกะผัดซอสออกแนวเปรี้ยวหวาน มีพริกหวานกับหอมใหญ่ให้เคี้ยวกรุบๆ ถ้าไปกับเพื่อนหลายคน แนะนำสั่งจานนี้มาแชร์ เพราะรสมันต่างจากแกงกะหรี่ตรงๆ ทำให้โต๊ะไม่จำเจ ของทานเล่นที่อยากเชียร์ให้สั่งคือ “Sweet Shoyu Butter Corn” ข้าวโพดเนยกับเบคอน หอมมาก เค็มนิดหวานหน่อย เหมือนเป็นจานพักรสก่อนกลับไปลุยแกงกะหรี่ต่อ ปิดท้ายอย่าพลาด “เจลลี่กาแฟ” ซิกเนเจอร์ของร้าน ตัวเจลลี่เป็นกาแฟดำเข้มๆ แล้วราดนมสูตรของทางร้าน ความรู้สึกเหมือนกินของหวานที่ช่วยล้างปากหลังมื้อหนักๆ ได้ดี เรื่องการไป AORINGO (Ao Ringo) สาขาสีลม: ร้านอยู่ตึกธนิยะ ชั้น 4 เดินทางสะดวกมาก ลง BTS ศาลาแดง (ทางออก 1) หรือ MRT สีลม (ทางออก 2) แล้วเดินเข้าตึกได้เลย ช่วงเที่ยงและหลังเลิกงานคนค่อนข้างแน่น ถ้าอยากนั่งสบายๆ แนะนำไปก่อนเที่ยงนิดนึงหรือไปช่วงหัวค่ำ และเช็กเวลา Last Order ตามรอบร้านไว้ด้วย จะได้ไม่พลาดคิว
