ถ้าใครชอบร้านบรรยากาศสบาย ๆ และอยากกินก๋วยเตี๋ยวรสเข้มข้น เตี๋ยวโรงพิมพ์ที่ดอนเมืองเป็นร้านที่ผมแนะนำเลยครับ ผมลองไปมาแล้วหลายครั้งและประทับใจในเมนูเส้นหลากหลายที่ร้านนี้มีให้เลือกมากมาย ทุกครั้งที่มาก็ต้องสั่งก๋วยเตี๋ยวหม้อไฟหมูทะเลน้ำข้น ที่เสิร์ฟมาในหม้อไฟร้อน ๆ นอกจากเส้นที่นุ่มกำลังดีแล้ว เครื่องปรุงก็จัดเต็มมาก โดยเฉพาะต้มยำที่รสชาติกลมกล่อมเข้มข้นแทบไม่ต้องปรุงเพิ่มเลยจริง ๆ นอกจากเมนูก๋วยเตี๋ยว ยังมีเมนูข้าวอย่างข้าวหมูคั่วพริกเกลือไข่ดาว รสชาติจัดจ้านเผ็ดร้อน ได้ความกรอบและเค็มเล็กน้อยจากหมูคั่ว พวกกับข้าวและของทานเล่น เช่น ขนมปังหน้าหมูทอดร้อนกรอบ ทานกับน้ำจิ้มอาจาดที่ช่วยตัดเลี่ยนได้ดี หรือเกี๊ยวหมูทอดกรอบ ๆ ก็นับเป็นตัวเลือกที่ดีเวลามากันหลายคน นอกจากนี้ยังมีเมนูตำเส้นเล็กกากหมูที่เป็นเมนูซิกเนเจอร์ที่ผมได้ลองแล้วติดใจในความลงตัวของน้ำยำกับกากหมูกรอบ ๆ บรรยากาศร้านเงียบสงบ ตั้งอยู่ในซอยข้างปั๊ม ปตท. ช่างอากาศอุทิศ ดอนเมือง ที่สำคัญร้านเปิดถึงเที่ยงคืน เหมาะทั้งมาทานมื้อกลางวันหรือกลางคืน สำหรับวันศุกร์และเสาร์หลัง 16.00 น. จะมีดนตรีสดให้ฟัง ช่วยเพิ่มบรรยากาศนั่งชิลล์และเหมาะกับการพาครอบครัวมาผ่อนคลาย โดยรวมแล้วร้านนี้เหมาะสำหรับทั้งสายเส้นที่ชื่นชอบรสจัดจ้าน เครื่องแน่น และสำหรับคนที่อยากหาร้านครบทั้งเมนูเส้น อาหารจานด่วน และเมนูทานเล่นในย่านดอนเมือง ถือเป็นร้านที่ผมจะกลับไปซ้ำอีกแน่นอนครับ
