ถ้าใครเสิร์ชหา “เตี๋ยวโรงพิมพ์ ดอนเมือง / ก๋วยเตี๋ยวโรงพิมพ์ดอนเมือง” แล้วลังเลว่าจะไปดีไหม ขอแชร์ประสบการณ์แบบคนไปกินจริงว่า ร้านนี้เป็นแนว Noodle bar & restaurant ที่เมนูเยอะกว่าที่คิดมาก ไม่ได้มีแค่ก๋วยเตี๋ยวชามเดียวจบ แต่เป็นโต๊ะอาหารที่สั่งได้ทั้งหม้อไฟ เส้น ข้าว ส้มตำ และของทอด เหมาะกับไปเป็นแก๊งหรือพาครอบครัวไปกิน เพราะเลือกกันคนละอย่างแล้วแชร์กันสนุกมาก เมนูที่อยากให้เริ่มสั่งถ้าไปครั้งแรกคือ “ก๋วยเตี๋ยวโรงพิมพ์หม้อไฟหมูทะเล” หม้อไฟมาแบบร้อนๆ เครื่องต้มยำครบ มีหมูสับกับซีฟู้ด (กุ้ง/ปลาหมึก) แล้วเส้นจะหนึบกำลังดี ฟีลกินไปซดไป อร่อยเข้มข้นแบบแทบไม่ต้องเติมอะไรเพิ่มเลย ใครชอบต้มยำน้ำข้นน่าจะถูกใจมาก สายคลาสสิกแนะนำ “ก๋วยเตี๋ยวหมูต้มยำโบราณ” รสจะกลมกล่อมถึงเครื่อง กินคู่กากหมูแล้วนัวขึ้นอีกระดับ ส่วนคนชอบเย็นตาโฟแบบจัดจ้านต้องลอง “เย็นตาโฟยำซิ่งทะเล” น้ำจะออกขลุกขลิกเข้มๆ คลุกแล้วติดเส้นดีมาก เครื่องทะเลแน่น ทำให้หนึ่งชามอิ่มแบบไม่รู้ตัว อีกจานที่หลายคนมองข้ามแต่ควรสั่งคือ “ตำเส้นเล็กกากหมู” เป็นส้มตำเส้นเล็กที่รสครบ เปรี้ยว-หวาน-เผ็ดกำลังดี กากหมูช่วยเพิ่มความหอมมัน กินตัดกับเมนูต้มยำแล้วลงตัวมาก ถ้าไปหลายคน สั่งมาวางกลางโต๊ะคือหมดไวแน่นอน ฝั่งของกินเล่นฉันชอบ “ขนมปังหน้าหมู” ทอดกรอบแล้วจิ้มอาจาดแตงกวาหอมแดง คือเพลินสุดๆ และ “เกี๊ยวหมูทอด” ก็กรอบจริง ไม่อมน้ำมัน เหมาะสั่งมากินรออาหารหลัก หรือสั่งเพิ่มตอนนั่งคุยกันยาวๆ ส่วนใครไม่กินเส้นอย่างเดียว ร้านนี้มีข้าวจานเดียวด้วยนะ อย่าง “ข้าวหมูคั่วพริกเกลือไข่ดาว” รสค่อนข้างเข้ม เผ็ดหอมพริกเกลือ กินกับแตงกวาแล้วพอดี หรือถ้าชอบอะไรแน่นๆ แนะนำ “ข้าวต้มแห้ง” ที่ท็อปด้วยหมูกรอบ หมูสับ ตับ ไส้ ไข่ออนเซ็น แล้วจิ้มน้ำจิ้มซีฟู้ดคือแซ่บมาก พิกัดร้านอยู่ข้างปั๊ม ปตท. ช่างอากาศอุทิศ ดอนเมือง เปิดทุกวัน 10.00–24.00 น.
