I’ve been wanting to revisit Bintan after seeing that there are so much things to visit/do there now. And it has been a top choice among Singaporeans for a short weekend trip. And I can see why!!! 🤩
There are many resorts/hotels in Bintan but having a private pool is a luxury! 😘 Kamuela sits right at the Lagoi Bay area. So if local food, massage and a walk on the beach is your thing, this place hits the right spot! 😜
They provided complimentary pick-up & return service to the ferry terminal — simply show them your ferry reservation. Also their WhatsApp replies are very prompt, I could ask for housekeeping with just a text away. 👍🏻 They have an extensive food menu for your in-room service and since our booking came with breakfast, they checked in with us on next day’s breakfast choice on a daily basis. 😝
For attractions/activities, you can always arrange for private drivers to bring you around Bintan! (Highly recommend SNORKELLING 😉) I know some resorts provide a ton of activities but…I just didn’t want to be bounded in the resort (I did the first time I was in Bintan), it just didn’t feel like I went overseas. 🤣
