Kid snack hack alert

A mom once told me that you can make pb&j sandwiches with Yumi bars and now I’m obsessed. It’s the perfect mini-meal for your kid… or for you and it takes no time.

1. Use any yumi bar — as they all have a rich fruit and veggie jam in the middle that will be the “j” of this pb&j sandwich.

2. Preheat your oven to 300 degrees.

3. Divide a bar or use two bars and stack them. Add your favorite peanut butter spread — of course you can you any nut or seed butter.

4. Pop it in the oven for 5 minutes.

5. Ta-da a crazy yummy, filling snack meal that has 7g of fiber (25 percent of your daily value), 0g of added sugar (and then whatever sugar comes from the peanut butter you use), AND is an excellent source of 8 key vitamins and minerals— including Vitamin D and iron. Also gluten-free snack!!
