REMEMBERING TO END PAIN!!! PSALM 42

This World has got to come together as one human race, we are expected to live as one big family of the Human Race, with Love!!! Sometimes people who are mistreated, mistreat other people including people they Love, I learned to put down hard feeling about what other people do!!! I learned that God loves me, He, God wants to spare all of us the demonic pain both physical and emotional and give us eternal life!!!

PSALM 42:1 As the deer pants for streams of water, so my soul pants for you, my God.

2 My soul thirsts for God, for the living God. When can I go and meet with God 3 My tears have been my foo day and night,

while people say to me all day long, “Where is your God?” 4 These things I remember as I pour out my soul: how I used to go to the house of God under the protection of the Mighty One with shouts of joy and praise among the festive throng. 5 Why, my soul, are you downcast? Why so disturbed within me? Put your hope in God,

for I will yet praise him, my Savior and my God. 6 My soul is downcast within me;

therefore I will remember you from the land of the Jordan, the heights of Hermon from Mount Mizar. 7 Deep calls to deep in the roar of your waterfalls; all your waves and breakers have swept over me. 8 By day the Lord directs his love, at night his song is with me a prayer to the God of my life. 💯💯💯💜💜💜🙏🏿🙏🏻🙏🏾

2/22 Edited to

... Read moreIn my experience, turning to Psalm 42 has been a profound source of comfort during times of deep emotional turmoil and pain. The imagery of a soul thirsting for God, like a deer longing for streams of water, vividly captures the human need for spiritual refreshment. I've found that when life feels overwhelming, remembering to put your hope in God—as Psalm 42:5 encourages—brings a renewed strength that carries you through. It's true that many struggle with feelings of abandonment or questions like "Where is your God?" as mentioned in the Psalm. This resonates with me because I too have faced moments of doubt and despair. However, what helped me was focusing on the faith that God’s love is present, even when unseen, and that this love can heal both the deepest emotional wounds and physical pain. One meaningful practice I developed was turning these Psalm verses into daily affirmations. I would recite lines such as "My soul thirsts for the living God" and "Put your hope in God" each morning, which reminded me to seek calm and hope beyond current suffering. Over time, this changed my internal dialogue from one of pain and questioning to one of praise and trust, echoing verse 5’s promise to continue praising God as Savior. This Psalm also acknowledges the reality of hardship—"deep calls to deep in the roar of your waterfalls" vividly portrays the intensity of life’s struggles. Yet, it doesn’t end there. By day and night, God’s love and song offer companionship and peace. This duality has helped me embrace my pain without losing sight of hope. For those feeling isolated or hurt, I encourage embracing the Psalm’s call to unity and love among humanity. A broken world can only heal when we remember we are one human family, supporting each other with compassion. Letting go of bitterness and extending love, even towards those who have hurt us, aligns with the Psalm’s spiritual guidance and God’s desire to end demonic pain. Ultimately, Psalm 42 is a poignant reminder that through faith and hope in God, emotional suffering can be transformed, and a lasting peace can be found. This journey of putting hope in God has personally guided me toward a more joyful, loving life free from the chains of pain.
