If you are wondering how I got the sparklers for free:
At my library they give out a book box every month for free (the books have to be returned). The box comes with two snacks, an item like the sparklers (I have gotten a shower scrub and eclipse glasses in the past), and two books. The two books and snacks are based on a quick survey you fill out for that month’s box. For my library, I sign up on their website and get the survey sent to my email. Your town could be the same or do a similar thing. Also, at least for my town, this is for all ages!!
