Choose Correctly
Joy is by far the better answer! Choosing to be down, depressed, melancholy or angry does some bad stuff to your mind and to your physical body. Push thru and choose to be joyful instead. Jump for it! Skip for it! Run for it! Or even giggle for it, but do something! Something that gives you energy, brings fun, creates healthy responses inside of you. God bless you
