Working with Ferrets
One of the cool things about working from home is being with your pets all day. During Covid, I got pretty lonely being in the house all the time and decided to get a ferret (Sable). He’s such a goofy animal and there’s never a dull moment with him. A little over a year ago I was asked to take Doctor Wiggles (or as I call him: The Doctor). That poor guy looked ROUGH when I took him in. I wasn’t sure how long he’d last but I gained his trust over time. Now his hairs grown back and even though he still shakes sometimes (pretty sure he’s gone through some major trauma in his previous homes), he’s much more comfortable now. He even takes naps in my lap!
