私が「ほっとひと犬」に行く前に気になってたのは、“大型犬カフェって初心者でも大丈夫？”“近くにある大型犬カフェを探してるけど雰囲気は？”というところ。結論、江戸川区のこのドッグカフェはかなり安心感がありました。見た目は本当に普通の一軒家なのに、玄関を開けると一気に犬カフェモードでテンション上がります。 入ってすぐ感じたのは、ワンちゃんたちが落ち着いていて距離感が上手なこと。セラピー犬なんだって！と聞いて納得で、初対面でも怖がらせない接し方をしてくれる感じがしました。いきなり飛びつかれるのが不安な人や、犬カフェが初めての人でも、店内の案内に従ってゆっくり挨拶すれば大丈夫。実際、すぐお腹を見せてくれる子もいて「仲良くなれた！」って実感が早かったです。 60分って短いかな？と思ってたけど、体感は「60分があっという間！」。最初の10分は触れ合い方に慣れて、次の30分で推し（推し犬）を見つけて、残りで写真とチェキ…みたいな流れがちょうどよかったです。チェキ撮影は記念になるのでおすすめ。出来上がりが想像以上に“その日の思い出”感が出て、デートでも友達同士でも後から見返して幸せになります。 さらに楽しみたい人は、おやつ（有料）も検討すると一気に距離が縮まります。ただ、あげ方のルールは必ず守るのが大事。手の出し方やタイミングを間違えると興奮しちゃうこともあるので、スタッフさんに「初めてです」って一言伝えると安心でした。 アクセス面では、都営新宿線の瑞江駅から徒歩4分とかなり行きやすいので、「犬カフェ 東京」で探している人にも現実的な場所。江戸川区でドッグカフェを探している人はもちろん、“大型犬カフェ 近く”で見つけた人にもハマると思います。 注意点は予約必須なこと。人気の日は埋まりやすいので、行く日が決まったら早めに予約しておくのがおすすめです。服装は、毛がついてもOKな色（黒は目立つかも）＆動きやすい格好だと快適でした。
