江戸前蕎麦ほりこし 無い。は、地元群馬県みどり市の国道50号線沿いにあり、駐車場も店舗前と第2駐車場で利用しやすいです。店内は座敷がなく全て椅子席なので、小さなお子様連れは少し注文や席選びに配慮が必要かもしれません。昼はそばと丼物中心のメニューで、とくにそばは国産そば粉を石臼で挽き、2週間寝かせた特製つゆと合わせた細切りの二八そばが味わえます。天然エビの天ぷらはサクサク、プリプリで満足度が高く、とろろせいろは群馬名産の大和芋を使用し、温玉と共に提供されるなどこだわりを感じられました。 また、限定15食の赤鶏親子丼とお蕎麦のセットはとても人気で、もし訪問時にあればぜひ試してみたい一品です。天丼メニューも評判が良く、次回訪問時の楽しみとして取っておくのもおすすめ。店名の「無い。」の意味は店主にも聞けなかったものの、個性的な名前が印象的でリニューアルした外観や和モダンのゆったりした雰囲気も魅力的です。 夜営業も週末限定で行っているので、昼間だけでなく夜のそば屋利用も検討できます。高品質な素材を使った贅沢なそばや和の味わいを求める方にぴったりの店で、群馬の大人の休日スポットとしてぜひ訪れてみて ください。
