Black chocolate is 50g x 2 pieces and 70cc of fresh cream
If you melt matcha in the same amount, is it loose and not a lot?
When I saw the package, it was 45g 😱💦
There was a lot of whipped cream, so it was loose and the cause was a lot
I didn't have chocolate, so I just made it
but it takes quite a while to set up
Somehow it's hard, but when you eat it, it's squishy
I also checked the strawberry side and it was 45g
This corresponds to 2 45g sheets with 50cc of fresh cream

今回のアレンジで感じたのは、同じ種類のチョコレートでも一枚あたりの重さや風味が微妙に違い、その違いが仕上がりの固さや味わいに大きく影響するということです。特に抹茶味といちご味は1枚あたり45gでブラックチョコの50gより軽めなので、生クリームの量を調節することがポイント。私は最初、ブラックチョコの分量と同じ感覚で作ったところ、抹茶チョコは柔らかすぎて、固まるまでに時間がかかりました。そこで生クリームの量を減らしたら、ちょうど良い固さに仕上がり満足しています。 また、使用したOREOクッキーも味によってクリームの種類が異なり、いちごはストロベリークリーム、抹茶とチョコはバニラクリームとチョコクリームが組み合わせられています。これが味のバランスに反映されているので、自分の好みに合わせてクリームの種類も取り入れてみると面白いですよ。 お菓子作りでは材料の計量が本当に大切で、特にチョコレートは温度管理や混ぜ方の違いでも仕上がりが変わることから、メモを取りながら何度か試作するのがおすすめです。私も何度も試して感じたのは、やはりブラックチョコのコク深い味が一番安定していて美味しいということ。もし次回は、苺や抹茶のフレーバーを活かしつつ、ブラックチョコの味わいをうまくミックスする方法を挑戦してみたいと思っています。 これからバレンタインやちょっと特別な日のお菓子作りに、ぜひ参考にしてみてください。分量調整のポイントを押さえれば、色々なフレーバーのOREOチョコが楽しめるので、自分の好みにぴったりの一品が見つかるはずです！楽しみながらアレンジしてみてくださいね。
