スシローのストロベリーフェアは毎年楽しみにしている方も多いですよね。今回の新作デザートは特に苺好きにはたまらない内容で、私も早速足を運びました。まず「フレッシュ苺の苺すぎるパフェ」は、苺アイスや新鮮な苺をふんだんに使い、クリ ームやムースなど苺づくしでとても贅沢な味わい。価格は360円とリーズナブルなのにこのクオリティは感動しました。 「フレッシュ苺のクレープブリュレ包み」は、注文後に目の前で炙ってキャラメリゼしてくれる演出も魅力的。提供前に炙ることで香ばしさととろけるクリームが絶妙にマッチして、甘さ控えめながら苺の酸味と相性抜群です。こちらは320円で、食後にちょっと甘いものが欲しいときにぴったりの量感でした。 混雑状況としては、私が訪れた11:30にはすでに満席で15組待ち。ストロベリーフェアに加えコラボメニューも始まったことが影響しているようでした。人気メニューなので早めの来店がおすすめです。 ちなみに、この2種類のスイーツは3月22日までの販売予定で、その後は「フレッシュ苺&苺のココアオムレット」と「苺と練乳のカタラーナ」が3月25日から4月19日まで楽しめる予定。どちらも旬の苺を使ったスイーツで期待大です。 私の体験から言うと、スシローのこのフェアはお手頃価格で季節感を味わえる貴重なチャンス。家族や友人と気軽に立ち寄りやすいのも嬉しい点です。これからも定期的にチェックしていきたいと思いますし、苺好きの方にはぜひ試してほしいフェアです！
