丸亀製麺の新メニュー「丸亀うどんメシ」、気になっている人が多そうなので、私が食べたときに“事前に知っておきたかったこと”を追加でまとめます（あくまで個人の感想です）。 まず、注文してからの流れは「注文→会計→調理→席に届く」で、体感はそこまで待たされませんでした。鉄板（フライパン）で提供されるので、出来立てはかなり熱く、かつお節が踊るのが見えてテンション上がります。持ち手は触れるくらいでも、油跳ねが気になる人は席に届いた直後は要注意。猫舌の人は少し置いてから混ぜると食べやすかったです。 私が選んだのは「うどんメシ やみつきソース味（790円）」。具材はキャベツと豚肉で、トッピングはマヨネーズ・紅しょうが・かつお節・青のり。味は“ソース強め”で、濃いめ好きには刺さりそうですが、普段薄味派の人だとしょっぱく感じやすいと思います。 濃さが心配な場合は、食べる前にトッピングの使い方で調整するのが良さそうでした。たとえば、マヨネーズは最初から全混ぜせず、途中で少しずつ足すと塩味が丸くなります。紅しょうがは口直しになるので、後半に残しておくのもおすすめ。かつお節と青のりは香りで満足感が上がるので、全体を軽く混ぜてから食べると「うどんとご飯」の一体感が出やすかったです。 メニューは店頭ポスターで「やみつきソース味」「ねぎ塩味」「ふわ玉」などが紹介されていて、期間限定枠として気になる人も多いはず。もし初めてで迷うなら、味の濃さが心配な人は、ソース系より“ねぎ塩味”や“ふわ玉”の方が合う可能性もあります（私は次回ねぎ塩味を試す予定）。 最後に、満足度を上げるコツとしては、鉄板の熱で少しだけ“おこげ”ができるので、混ぜすぎずに一部を残してカリッと食べるのが個人的に好きでした。丸亀製麺の新メニューとして話題なので、これから食べる方は「提供は早め」「熱々」「味はしっかりめ」をイメージして行くとギャップが少ないと思います。
