Excelの合計処理を効率化するために、私は日々様々なショートカットを試していますが、特に「Alt + Shift + =」の使い方を覚えると作業時間が劇的に短縮されます。 通常、SUM関数を使う場合、=SUM(B2:B7)のように入力し、マウスで範囲を指定しますが、これが案外手間で、範囲指定のミスも起こりやすいです。しかし 、Alt + Shift + =を合計したいセルで押すだけで、自動的に直前のデータ範囲を認識し合計してくれるため、手入力が不要でラクラクです。 さらに、表全体の合計を出したいときは、まずCtrl + Aで表全体を選択し、そのままAlt + Shift + =を押すだけ。この操作だけで、縦横の合計をすべて自動入力してくれるので、残業時間も大幅カットできました。 私の経験では、大量データを扱う月次報告や請求書作成などでこのショートカットは大活躍。特に5月や6月、7月といった複数月の数字を扱う際に効率的です。仕事が早い人がよく使うテクニックであることもうなずけます。 Excelの数式バーやマウス操作に慣れている方も、このショートカットを使いこなすことで、より素早く正確に作業が進み、ミスも減らせるのでぜひ試してみてください。Excelの時短テクニックは継続的に学ぶと便利な方法が見つかるので、他の時短ワザも合わせて活用すると仕事全体の効率アップにつながります。
