Excel dates are rattling and I'm fixing them one by one with spaces...

Here is a procedure that becomes much easier once set 👇
① Align the date line beautifully
Select a date range and press "Ctrl + 1"
↓
Enter "yyyy / mm / dd" in the user-defined "type" and OK (0 is attached to the head and it will be ready in an instant!)
② When you want to put the day of the week behind
Open the "Ctrl + 1" formatting again
↓
Automatic input just by adding "(aaa)" at the end!
③ When you want to change the year to the Japanese calendar
Open the "Ctrl + 1" formatting
↓
Just delete "yyyy" and change it to "ggge" to convert it to Reiwa in an instant!

Excelの日付表示のズレや桁ズレは、日常業務で意外と頻繁に遭遇する問題ですが、手動でスペースを入れて調整するのは非効率でストレスが溜まります。私も以前は同じように1つ1つ手作業で直していましたが、書式設定のユーザー定義機能を使うことでこのイライラから解放されました。 例えば、日付の範囲を選択し「Ctrl + 1」でセルの書式設定を開き、「ユーザー定義」の種類に「yyyy/mm/dd」と入力すると、従来のバラバラの表示が頭にゼロ付きの統一フォーマットになります。これはExcel内部のシリアル値の表示を統一するため、目で見て揃っているだけでなく、日付関連の計算や抽出も安定します。 さらに曜日を後ろに表示したい場合は、書式設定で「yyyy/mm/dd(aaa)」のように「(aaa)」を追加するだけで自動的に曜日が付加されるため、別途関数を使わずに視認性が格段に良くなります。 また最近の和暦表記にも対応可能で、西暦部分の「yyyy」を「ggge」に置き換えれば令和表記に瞬時に切り替わります。業務の書類作成や公的な資料作成にも役立つテクニックです。 この方法を使うだけで、Excelでのちょっとした日付桁ズレストレスから解放され、余計な作業時間を減らすことができます。私自身、これを実践してからは日々のレポート作成が格段にスムーズになり、残業時間も減りました。これらの小技は一度覚えればずっと使えて時短効果が継続するので、ぜひ試してみてください。 最後に一点アドバイスですが、Excelで大量のデータを扱う際には、セルの書式だけでなくデータの入力規則やテンプレートを統一しておくと、全体の整合性が一層高まるためおすすめです。こうしたちょっとした工夫の積み重ねが、効率的な仕事環境を実現します。
