Here's a trick to show the rows and columns of the selected cell in one shot!
① Click "Display"
↓
② Press "Focus on Cell"
↓
You can return to OFF at any time by pressing again!

「選択中の行をハイライトしたい（ついでに列も）」って、地味だけど毎日効きます。特に日付（7/1〜7/7みたいな横並び）や担当者名（田中・佐藤・鈴木・山本など）が並ぶ表だと、どの交点を見てるか一瞬で迷子になりますよね。私はこの“見失う時間”が積み重なってストレスだったので、今は基本的に自動ハイライトをONにして作業しています。 やり 方は記事内の通りで、［表示］タブ → ［セルにフォーカス］を押すだけ。ONにすると、作業中のアクティブセルの「列と行」が強調表示され、十字カーソルみたいに目印が出ます。データ量が多いほど効果が分かりやすいです。 私が実感したメリットは3つあります。 1) 見間違いが減る 行と列を追う必要がなくなるので、「1行ズレて集計してた…」みたいなミスが減りました。チェック作業にも向きます。 2) スクロールしても位置を見失いにくい 横に長い表をスクロールしても、どの列の数字かすぐ分かるので、月次表やシフト表みたいな資料で特に便利でした。 3) ON/OFFがすぐ切り替えできる 強調表示が邪魔に感じる時もありますが、同じ［セルにフォーカス］をもう一度押せばOFFに戻せるので気楽です。 もし「ボタンが見当たらない」場合は、表示設定（ズームやウィンドウ周りの表示）に埋もれていることがあるので、［表示］タブ内を左から順に探すのがおすすめです。見つけたら一度ONにして、表の中を上下左右に移動してみてください。交点がパッと分かる感覚、たぶんクセになります。
