Are you narrowing the column width or making the characters smaller each time?
In fact, the print range can be freely determined just by dragging 😊
Here is a technique that you can use once 👇
① Click "View" → "Page Break Preview"
The screen is switched and the print range is displayed with a blue line
↓
② Drag the blue line to adjust the range
Just move it to the position you want to fit on one page. Excel will automatically reduce and match
↓
③ When returning to the original screen "Display" → "Standard"
↓
④ A long table that will inevitably be multiple pages is "Page Layout" → "Print Title"
When the characters are too small to fit on one page...
↓
⑤ Click "Title Line" and select the heading line → OK
This alone will automatically display the heading on the second and subsequent pages
⚠️ "Print Title" cannot be pressed if the print preview is left open. Please return to the editing screen and set it 🙏

Excelで資料を作成するとき、印刷範囲の設定は意外と手間がかかりやすい作業ですよね。特に1ページに収めたいのに、あと一列だけずれて2ページ目に印刷されてしまうと焦ってしまいます。そんなとき、列幅を無理に狭くしたり、フォントサイズを小さくすると見づらくなりがち。私は以前それで苦労していたのですが、ある方法を覚えてからすごく楽になりました。 まず「表示」タブから「改ページプレビュー」を選び、青い線（改ページ）の位置をドラッグで調整します。これで印刷範囲がひと目で把握でき、1ページに収まるように範囲を調整できます。Excelが自動で縮小して綺麗に合わせてくれるので、不自然な縮小が防げます。 さらに複数ページにまたがる場合は「ページレイアウト」タブの「印刷タイトル」機能がおすすめです。ここで見出し行を指定すると2ページ目以降も同じタイトル行が印刷されるので、長い表でも分かりやすさが保てます。ただ「印刷タイトル」は印刷プレビュー中には設定できないので、必ず標準表示に戻って操作してくださいね。 また、Ctrl＋Aでデータ全体を選択して「ページ設定」から余白や用紙の向きも調整すると、より細かい印刷設定が可能です。私はこの方法で何度も印刷し直す手間が減り、作業効率が格段にアップしました。 これからExcelの印刷で困ったら、まず「改ページプレビュー」と「印刷タイトル」の活用を思い出してみてください。ちょっとした工夫でストレスなく綺麗な印刷物が完成しますよ！ もしほかにもExcel操作でお困りのことがあれば、ぜひコメントで教えてください。みんなの声を参考にして、もっと役立つ時短テクを共有していきます！
