Today’s homeschool was challenging.
We are transitioning into a new curriculum. As we wait for it to come in the mail, we are continuing the lesson plans I had already completed for this term.
I was exhausted. My morning with our two black lab puppies included a massive mess entirely too early in the morning. Instead of reading the “ The High Hills” for the 100th time. I stumbled upon episodes on YouTube while trying to find the read aloud version.
While I could have played the read aloud version of the book, I was completely unaware that Brambly Hedge was created into a cute cartoon. My littles and I were excited and just couldn’t wait.
So today we watched the cartoon. Cozy with a candle and snack.. while mommy decompressed and made more Mushroom Coffee 🍄🟫☕️
I love this life that the Lord has called me to. I am so grateful.
