Bariatric surgery prep. Continued 🙂 these 4oz cups from Walmart are like $5 for 25 and they come with the lids. It’s quick and easy to cut up some fruit and then you can just grab and go. Pair this with a banana and protein shake for a busy morning. 👌🏼 and as always GET YOUR WATER IN! Love you! ✌🏼
