I made chicken in the crockpot last night using Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic sauce and used what I had leftover to make chicken salad and I think this is how I will make my chicken salad from now on! It’s so so good!
Parmesan Garlic seasoned chicken salad:
3 to 4 pieces of thin boneless skinless chicken breast
1 bottle of Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan garlic sauce
1 cup heavy cream
1 tsp Seasoning salt
1 tbsp chicken seasoning
4 tbsp Greek yogurt
1 stalk of celery, finely diced
1/4 cup of diced chives or however much to your liking
Seasoning salt
Cracked black pepper
For the chicken slow cook in the crockpot on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours. This makes the chicken so tender and moist and easy to shred.
To make the chicken salad; shred the chicken. Add 4 tbsp of Greek yogurt, celery, chives and seasonings. Place in the refrigerator to let it chill for 30 minutes to an hour. Serve over a simple salad. I dressed my salad with olive oil, lemon juice, fresh minced garlic, salt and cracked black pepper.
