หลังจากที่ได้อ่านบทความเกี่ยวกับราคาของ iPhone ที่แตกต่างกันในแต่ละประเทศและความเสี่ยงของการซื้อเครื่องหิ้วจากอเมริกาแล้ว ผมอยากมาแชร์ประสบการณ์ส่วนตัวว่าเรื่องนี้ไม่ได้แค่เรื่องของราคาที่ดูถูกใจเท่านั้น แต่มีรายละเอียดอื่นๆ ที่คนอยากซื้อเครื่องหิ้วควรต้องรู้จริงๆ อย่างแรกที่ผมเจอก็คือเรื่องของ eSIM ที่ iPhone รุ่นใหม่ในอเมริกาจะไม่มีช่องใส่ซิมการ์ดแบบเดิม ซึ่งสำหรับผู้ใช้ในไทยบางทีก็ยังไม่รองรับ eSIM กับทุกเครือข่ายโทรศัพท์ จึงจำเป็นต้องศึกษาให้ดีว่าค่ายมือถือที่เราใช้รองรับไหม เพราะถ้าไม่รองรับ ก็อาจจะทำให้ใช้งานไม่ได้หรือยุ่งยากมากขึ้น เรื่องที่สองคือภาษีนำเข้า เมื่อเดินทางกลับเข้าประเทศไทย เครื่องที่ซื้อมาจากต่างประเทศอาจถูกเจ้าหน้าที่เรียกเก็บภาษีเพิ่ม แม้จะได้เครื่องราคาถูกจากอเมริกา แต่พอสรุปรวมภาษีและค่าใช้จ่ายอื่นๆ ก็อาจจะเกือบเท่ากับราคาขายในไทย ทำให้ประหยัดเงินน้อยกว่าที่คิด ส่วนสำคัญที่สุดซึ่งหลายคนอาจมองข้ามคือเรื่องของการรับประกันสินค้า Apple จะให้การรับประกันแยกตามภูมิภาค ถ้าซื้อจากอเมริกาเมื่อมีปัญหาเครื่อง อาจจะไม่สามารถนำมาตรวจซ่อมหรือเคลมได้ฟรีที่ประเทศไทยเหมือนกับเครื่องที่ซื้อในไทย และถ้าต้องส่งซ่อมอาจจะเสียค่าขนส่งหรือค่าบริการเพิ่มเติมที่สูง นอกจากนี้ ยังมีเรื่องข่าวลือเกี่ยวกับ iPhone 18 ที่ราคาอาจจะปรับสูงขึ้นจากปัญหาชิปขาดแคลน ซึ่งทำให้ใครที่วางแผนจะหิ้วเครื่องจากต่างประเทศเลี่ยงไม่ได้ที่จะต้องชั่งใจในเรื่องนี้ให้ดี สรุปเลยคือการซื้อ iPhone จากอเมริกาอาจจะดูเหมือนราคาถูกแต่ก็มีข้อจำกัดและความเสี่ยงหลายอย่างที่ควรพิจารณาอย่างรอบคอบก่อนตัดสินใจ เพื่อให้ได้ประสบการณ์การใช้งานที่คุ้มค่ารวมถึงความสบายใจในเรื่องบริการหลังการขายด้วยครับ
