Healing in His Creation: Relief Through What Alahi
Healing in His Creation: Relief Through What Alahim Has Already Given
Battling a sinus infection is no small thing. The pressure can be unbearable — aching teeth, throbbing face, hurting ears, and a heavy head. I felt it coming on, and in the past my first instinct would have been to run to the doctor or straight to the drugstore for relief.
But this time, I paused. I remembered where my trust truly belongs — in Yahuah and in what Alahim has already placed in His creation for our healing.
I chose to keep it natural.
I boiled water and added thyme and fresh ginger slices, letting it steep for about 15 minutes. After straining the tea, I added local honey and drank two cups, about four hours apart. By the time I finished the second cup, the sinus pain and pressure were gone. What a relief.
Here’s why these simple ingredients are so powerful:
Thyme is known for its strong antimicrobial and antibacterial properties. It helps fight infection, loosen mucus, and support the respiratory system. Thyme also soothes inflammation in the sinuses and helps the body clear congestion naturally.
Ginger is a natural anti-inflammatory and pain reliever. It improves circulation, reduces swelling, supports the immune system, and helps relieve pressure in the head and sinuses. Ginger also aids digestion and helps the body fight infection from within.
Local honey coats and soothes irritated tissues, supports immune response, and contains natural enzymes and antioxidants. When sourced locally, it may also help the body better adapt to environmental irritants while providing gentle antibacterial support.
These are not man-made formulas with hidden flaws and side effects. These are provisions from Alahim, created with wisdom, balance, and purpose. When we slow down, listen, and trust Him, healing often comes through the simplest means.
I’m sharing this to encourage my brothers and sisters: don’t overlook what Yahuah has already placed within reach. There is power, healing, and relief in His creation.
