Beautiful Feet, Sent by Alahim — The Calling of the Besorah
My beloved Brothers and Sisters, these verses remind us that the Besorah (Good News) is not carried by titles, platforms, or outward appearance, but by obedience to the One who sends. The Scriptures declare, “How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him who brings the Besorah, who proclaims peace, who brings good news of good, who proclaims yeshu’ah, who says to Tsiyon, ‘Your Elohiym reigns!’” (Yesha’yahu / Isaiah 52:7). It is not the feet themselves that are beautiful, but the message they carry and the authority behind the sending.
To bring the Besorah is to proclaim peace in a world filled with confusion and strife. It is to announce yeshu’ah—deliverance, rescue, and salvation—not as a personal opinion, but as a divine declaration. The messenger does not exalt self; the message exalts the reign of Alahim. When we declare, “Your Elohiym reigns,” we are reminding Tsiyon and all who hear that no earthly system, ruler, or power sits on the throne—Alahim alone reigns supreme (Yesha’yahu 52:7).
Sha’ul reinforces this calling when he writes, “And how shall they proclaim if they are not sent? As it has been written, ‘How pleasant are the feet of those who bring the Good News of peace, who bring the Good News of the good!’” (Romiyim / Romans 10:15, TS2009). This reveals order in the Kingdom: first comes the sending, then the proclaiming. Many desire to speak, but not all are willing to be sent, submitted, and shaped by Alahim. True proclamation flows from obedience, not ambition.
Brothers and Sisters, if you have been sent, your walk will testify before your words ever do. Your feet—your daily conduct, your choices, your endurance—will carry the witness of the Besorah into places mouths alone cannot reach. Let us examine whether we are merely speaking good words or truly walking as those sent. For those whom Alahim sends, He also establishes, and their steps become beautiful because they walk in His authority, His peace, and His truth (Romiyim 10:15; Yesha’yahu 52:7).
