Another simple but effective habit was following the 20-20-20 rule: every 20 minutes of screen time, I looked at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds and consciously blinked fully 10 times. This practice relieved eye strain and encouraged natural tear spread. Lastly, I invested in a humidifier, especially during winter months when indoor heating dries out the air.
