Food intolerance as a Foodie 🥘

Food intolerances don’t look the same on everyone.

I’ve learned the hard way that gluten & dairy don’t love me back —

Gluten = big time bloating

Dairy = nausea, cramping, toxic flatulence.

So I cook gluten and dairy-free at home, showing my body the love it deserves.

Others may experience brain fog, acne, diarrhea, or inflammation instead. Same root issue. Different signals.

I’m still a foodie. I still enjoy trying new foods.

I just keep my digestive enzymes close and listen closely when my body speaks.
