Hello friends! 🍋

Let’s talk about my daily supplements. Each of these supplements plays a very important role in my daily life, helping me feel my best together with my good diet, exercise and self-care.

Since we are celebrating the #healthtips campaign this month, I thought would be important to bring all my vitamins here.

If you are looking for new supplements to try, feel free to save this post for later.

Fish oil: perfect for combat inflammation, high blood pressure and cholesterol.

Vitamin C: Amazing for boosting collagen, helping skin health. Awesome antioxidant and best friend of our immunity system.

Cinnamon: Help balance sugar levels in your blood. Prevents bacterias and fungus. Improves sensitivity to insulin; key hormone that regulate metabolism and energy.

Calcium, magnesium and zinc: the mood supplement, helping with better sleep, stress relief, bone strength and more.

B-12: prevents anemia: when blood doesn’t have enough red cells, causing extreme tiredness, weakness and more. This supplements is amazing for energy levels.

Probiotic: gut health’s best friend. Fights off bad bacterias, bringing good ones to our digestive system. Amazing for pH balance.

Before try any one them, make sure to talk to your doctor! Supplements are not medicine and they will not substitute food nutrients. 🫶🏻
