This was so simple to make. Chain coffee shops may never get me back at this point. I started by cutting up 8-10 fresh strawberries and added them to a small pot with two cups of simple syrup (also homemade- 1 part sugar to 2 parts water). I let that simmer on medium low until the fruit was soft
