I’ve never been to the gym but I’ve finally stopped beating around the bush and got a membership! This was last Friday. I will post updates every Friday. I used leftover taco meat for this dip. Followed directions on taco packet and added in paprika and chili powder. Ingredients: 3/4 cup cottage cheese Small handful of ground beef 1 tsp paprika 1/2-1 tsp chili powder Dash of garlic powder Pinch of salt and pepper instructions: Mix togeth
