Glute and hamstring focused leg day: RDL: 3x12 Single leg RDL: 3x10 each leg Hamstring curls: 3x12 Good mornings: 3x12 Glute focused Bulgarian split squats: 3x10 each leg Quad focused leg day: Leg extension: 3x10 Leg press: 4x10 Squats: 3x10 Hack squats: 3x10 V squats: 3x10 This is what I do but I hope it helps
Chest tris and shoulders: Incline db bench press: 4x10 Chest flys: 3x12 Cable flys: 3x10 Shoulder press: 3x10 Arnold press: 3x10 Lateral raise: 4x8 Tricep pushdowns: 4x10 Dips: 3x10
